Where to See Santa in Leland (2016)

by Dec 1, 2016Events, North Brunswick

We’ve been keeping our online calendar updated to help you keep abreast of holiday happenings around town. But if your family is seeking an opportunity to see Santa, this is a big weekend!

Saturday, December 3, there will be a Christmas Celebration at the Riverwalk in Belville. The Town of Belville has arranged for free photos with Santa, free treats, and an outdoor showing of The Polar Express. The festivities begin at 5 p.m.

Also on Saturday, Brunswick Forest is hosting a Holiday Celebration in the Villages. While guaranteed to be fun with an outdoor screening of Elf, we only have rumors at this time that the big man in red will be there. We’ll have to see if Santa is able to drop in!

The NC Christmas Festival & Parade will march through Leland for it’s 24th year. The parade starts at 10 a.m. on December 10 and the festival will continue at Leland’s Town Hall Park. Of course, what would a Christmas Parade be without Santa and his elves? Note that the parade route has changed this year, so you may want to check out the new map.

For the little ones, there is a special opportunity to have Breakfast with Santa, courtesy of the Town of Leland Parks & Recreation Department. Held on December 13, this event usually sells out.

Of course, neighboring towns and communities all over have many chances for your children to log their wishes with Santa personally. Have a favorite Santa stop? Let us know!
