Mulled Cranberry-Apple Cider with a Kick

Instructions
  1. Place the cider, ginger ale and cranberry juice in a large saucepan. Toss in the cranberries and sliced apples.
  2. Put the cinnamon sticks, cloves and nutmeg in the cheesecloth, tie it securely with twine and drop in the pot.
  3. Bring to a simmer on the stove.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover and let steep for 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Divide among individual mugs. Add about 1 ounce of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Apple to each (more or less if desired).

Garnish with fresh cranberries, apple slices and cinnamon sticks.
