Chocolate Vodka Coffee Kicker

Sweet, creamy, intoxicating and caffeinated? Yeah, this one’s a keeper.
When family and friends come around to celebrate, I like offer them something that’s unique enough to feel festive yet familiar enough that they will want to try it. This Chocolate Vodka Coffee Kicker is a tasty twist on the standard iced coffee that we all know and love, but it offers a punch of celebration. With iced coffee I often find that once the ice melts, the drink becomes a lackluster watered-down coffee. But in this spirited drink that problem is solved with ice cubes made of coffee. As the ice cubes melt, the drink gets better and stronger. Not to mention, this drink is as pretty to look at as it is yummy to taste. The next time company comes, offer cheers with this distinctive drink. Enjoy!
