The Home Place of Southport is hosting a VIP Preview Weekend on November 11 and 12.

The Home Place of Southport, Brunswick County’s newest gated development, welcomes the community to come experience coastal Carolina living at its finest at its upcoming VIP Preview event. On November 11 and 12, guests will have the opportunity to explore the new homesites and enjoy a weekend of activities highlighting what makes this neighborhood so special.

Located in the seaside town of Southport, The Home Place offers residents an active yet relaxed lifestyle by combining the convenience of location with minimal maintenance homes.
