Fort Fisher Haunted TrailFriday, October 25, 2019 at 7 PM – 9 PM
Be prepared to be scared with this Friday night Haunted Trail through the spooky live oaks at the secluded Fort Fisher State Recreation Area. This guided tour is offered for those brave enough to come face to face with scary legends of the past along the maritime forest trail.  This is not for younger children (Ages 10+), the faint of heart or furry friends (dogs are always welcome on the beach area). Go if you dare!

Fall Festival & CornHole Tournament –Olde Southport Village ShoppesSaturday, October 19, 2019 at 11 AM – 7 PM
Enjoy the free Festival with games and crafts for kids – family fun for everyone. Come in a costume and receive a treat! Cape Fear Classic Cars from 10-1, Music 11-7, Canine Dog & more, Raffles, Food, Drinks and Rotary Corn Hole tournament 4-7 ($40 per team of 2). KinderStop Sensory Friendly Fall FestivalSunday, October 20, 2019 at 10 AM – 12 PM
KinderStop is excited to host the first annual sensory friendly fall festival!
This is an opportunity for families who have children with disabilities and/or sensory sensitivities to come stay and play together in our facility and enjoy yummy fall treats, crafts, scavenger hunt, and more! The KinderStop facility was designed to minimize sensory overload; we have noise reducing headphones available, and there is even have a KinderCalm room to relax in if you and your child need a break to recharge. Staff with backgrounds in special education will be on hand to assist parents.
Price is $10 per child no more than $20/family or FREE if you bring non perishable food items diapers or wipes to support the local non profit Manna Ministries! Parents and children under one year of age are free!

2019 Taylors Blueberry Farm Fall FestivalSaturday, November 9, 2019 at 10 AM – 4 PM
Enjoy the Taylors Blueberry Farm annual fall festival. There will have a bounce house, blow up slide, pony/Horse rides, Hay ride, Blueberry “corn” maze, Milking cow, Potty Toss, Bronco Betty (age 5 &under) kids 2 & under free 3 & over $3 at the gate and that includes all attractions. They will have Vendors, Port City Q,Hot Chocolate, Coffee, Funnel cakes, hot dogs, pop corn, cotton candy, slushies.

6th Annual Classic Cars ‘n Rock ‘n RollSaturday, October 26, 2019 at 10 AM – 4 PM
The Classic Cars ‘n Rock ‘n Roll even will be held in Downtown Southport, NC. This is a participant judged show and awards will be presented at 4 p.m. All trucks and cars are welcome to enter the show, over 50 trophies will be awarded. Enjoy live music by the Back Porch Rockers and DJ Billy V. Don’t forget to wear your spookiest costume!

Mulberry’s Spooktacular Night at the Park!Friday, October 25, 2019 at 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Join the Town of Shallotte & Brunswick County Parks and Rec for a fun spooky night at the Park! Meet at the Picnic Shelter starting at 6:30 pm for the kids to visit vendors handing out candy. Then grab your blankets for a movie starting when it gets dark (around 8:30pm) and then finally a flashlight egg hunt at the end of the night! Make sure to bring your own bag and flashlight!

Boiling Spring Lakes Fall Festival and Haunted TrailSaturday, October 26, 2019 at 4 PM – 11 PM
Attendees at the Fall Festival will be treated to many fun activities starting at 4 p.m. including carnival games, fortune teller, Haunted Trail, and a costume contest. The costume contest will have prizes for three age groups (both male and female). Food and beverages will also be available for purchase.

Oak Island SpooktacularFriday, October 25, 2019 at 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Fall is upon us, and Oak Island would like to invite your family to the 2019 Halloween Spooktacular! Come dressed in your Halloween best as we spend the evening celebrating the fall season with contests, live music, games, and more! This FREE family friendly Halloween event offers a multitude of booths with carnival type activities and will be distributing candy to children ages 13 and under.

Coastal Dance Academy 1st Annual Monster BallSaturday, October 26, 2019 at 6 PM – 8 PM
Join CDA for this Spooktacular event! Wear your best costume and come out for a night of dancing and Halloween fun! There will be a costume contest, light refreshments and learning some fun and festive dance routines throughout the night! Ages 3 and up and their adult date of choice. (Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Moms, Dads, everyone is welcome!) Every child must have an adult chaperone! YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A CDA Student to attend so please invite your friends!

Town of Leland Trunk or TreatSaturday, October 26, 2019 at 4 PM – 6 PM
Bring your kids (ages 0-12) to the Park for the Town’s annual Trunk or Treat event! Local businesses and community organizations will be on site passing out candy from their decorated vehicles!

Holden Beach – Boo at the BeachSaturday, October 19, 2019 at 1 PM – 3 PM
The Town of Holden Beach will hold Boo at the Beach on Saturday, October 19th  at the Pavilion. Community organizations who would like to participate by providing a carnival game and candy in exchange for advertising their business should contact the Town at (910) 842-6488. Admission is free and a costume contest will be held at 2 p.m. on the stage.  Organizations will be competing for best booth so be sure to cast your vote!

Halloween Masquerade BallThursday, October 31, 2019 at 6 PM – 9 PM
Mister Bartender presents our Halloween Night Masquerade Ball at WWAY Event Center in Magnolia Greens. Thursday, October 31st, doors open 6pm. General admission includes gourmet dinner buffet provided by Chaney’s Catering, wine and beer… Cash bar featuring Mister Bartender specialty cocktails and entertainment by DJ Riz and MC Sherri So Veri. Proceeds are being donated to, a local charity of 20 years in Leland. Thanks to major sponsors McGovern Group, WWAY-TV3, Chaney’s Catering and Social House Vodka.
