It’s Fall, Y’all
Celebrate fall with the family at The Children’s Museum of Wilmington’s Fall Festival on Saturday, October 12.
The Children’s Museum of Wilmington will host its annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 10 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Visit the How Tall This Fall? station, take your best guess at the number of crayons in a jar for a chance to win the whole thing, snap a family photo at a fall-themed photo station and explore two craft stations in the museum and outdoor courtyard.
“Our staff is excited to have our first event since reopening!” says Program Educator and Volunteer Coordinator Jessie Goodwin. “We have worked hard to give the museum a fresh look and invite our community to come see what we’ve done and enjoy our Fall Festival!”
All crafts will be pre-packaged, and activity areas will be appropriately spaced. All guests will have their temperatures taken prior to entering. All guests 5 years and older are required to wear a face covering while visiting the museum.
The event has limited capacity and will likely sell out. All tickets must be purchased or reserved online prior to the event by visiting playwilmington.org/fall-festival. Ticket sales are not available the day of the event. Admission is free for museum members and $9.75 for non-members. Groupons and other discounts are not valid during the event.
