MONTHLY RUNNING GROUP
Run with this new monthly running group for an easy 3-miler. All paces welcome. Supplies: hydration and appropriate illumination and reflective gear. This program is subject to inclement weather; stay connected.

JINGLE JOGS
The monthly running group is getting festive! Don some holiday running apparel and join these special Monthly Running Group meetups. Get creative with a costume but don’t forget safety lights and/or reflectors! All paces welcome. This program is subject to inclement weather, stay connected.

BARRE FITNESS
This class combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga, dance and strength training. The small isometric muscle movements used during barre class build muscle strength without putting a strain on ligaments and tendons like other fitness training methods can. This class will improve balance, build strength and flexibility, burn calories and improve stability through a stronger core. All levels. Supplies: yoga mat, light weights and water.

ZUMBA
Zumba combines Latin and international music with a fun and effective workout system. This class mixes low- and high-intensity dance moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party. Elements of dance fitness are combined including cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and boosted energy. All levels.

DANCERCIZE
Dancercize is designed to meet the needs of participants who desire a low impact yet vigorous dance workout without complicated dance sequences. This fun dance workout accommodates various fitness and skill levels.

TAI CHI: BALANCED & FIT
Balance the body, mind, and spirit while flowing through this peaceful martial art form set to the rhythm of breath! Get fit with dynamic warmups, QiGong breath-energy meditations, and repetitive flow through 13 Yang Style Tai Chi Forms.

NEW TO YOU YOGA
In this beginner yoga series, participants learn the foundations of a yoga such as breathing techniques, intention setting, posture breakdowns and how to relax at the end of class. Throughout the workshop participants will have time to ask questions, spend time on the fundamentals of postures and transition between them.

BASIC YOGA

RESTORATIVE YOGA NIDRA
Participants come into stillness through passive stretching during a guided meditation, encouraging a sense of calm and relaxation while lowering cortisol and boosting the immune system.

YOGA SCULPT
Yoga Sculpt incorporates 1- to 5-pound hand weights and low- to high-intensity cardio bursts for maximum calorie-burning effect. Hand weights and repetitions add a new challenge to yoga asana (poses). Yoga Sculpt also incorporates resistance and stamina exercises to get the heart pumping and blood flowing. All levels.
