Margaret Rudd & Associates names Chance Harrison Director of Sales and Broker in Charge of the Oak Island office, bringing proven leadership experience.

Margaret Rudd & Associates, Inc., REALTORS® announced that Chance Harrison has joined the firm as Director of Sales, a leadership role focused on strengthening agent support, sharpening sales performance, and guiding long-term growth. Harrison will lead and support the company’s real estate sales operations and will also serve as Broker in Charge of the Oak Island office.

Harrison brings extensive experience to the position after building and leading a successful boutique brokerage outside the Washington, D.C., area, where he managed a team of more than 40 real estate agents. His background includes investor-focused representation and navigating complex projects for a wide range of clients, along with a reputation for high-level negotiation and practical, people-first leadership.

In his new role, Harrison will focus on developing and implementing sales strategies designed to help agents meet and exceed their goals.

He is expected to take a hands-on approach, working directly with agents to strengthen day-to-day execution and ensure clients are well-positioned and protected throughout every transaction. In addition to supporting daily operations, Harrison will emphasize the firm’s long-term growth by prioritizing recruiting, mentorship, and an office culture centered on professionalism and high standards.
