Discover how Brunswick County’s real estate market thrived in March 2025, with strong home sales, rising new listings, and steady demand.
The residential real estate market in Brunswick County demonstrated remarkable activity in March 2025, with notable increases in home sales and new listings, despite a slight dip in overall sales prices. This performance reflects a strong demand for housing in the region, positioning March as one of the most active months for home sales in the last decade, second only to the extraordinary numbers seen in 2021.
