35th Annual Parade of Homes

Wilmington Cape Fear Home Builders Association celebrates 35 years of showcasing the finest communities and homes in the Cape Fear region.

Wilmington Cape Fear Home Builders Association (WCFHBA) is proud to announce that the 35th Annual Parade of Homes will run two weekends: Saturday, April 24 and Sunday, April 25 and Saturday, May 1 and Sunday, May 2, with homes open from noon to 5 pm each day. Showcasing the craftsmanship, diversity and quality of the region’s premier homes, this self-guided tour is always free to the public.

Consumers will have the opportunity to explore more than 45 different homes, get to know the 23 different builders, view home descriptions, view photos and floor plans, take 3D virtual tours and see the latest in construction, designs and furnishings. This year’s entries include single-family houses, townhouses and custom homes with prices from the $200,000s to the millions and everything in between.

In addition to the finest in new home construction, the Parade of Homes will once again highlight the southeastern N.C. lifestyle with the 2021 Community Showcase Partnership.

This year’s Parade of Homes committee selected Riverlights as the 2021 Community Showcase Partner. Situated on the Cape Fear River in Wilmington, just south of historic downtown, Riverlights is the perfect place for the young and the young-at-heart. Spend your days stretching out on a picnic blanket under the live oaks, dancing at a concert in Marina Village, chatting with neighbors around a waterfront fire pit, or walking your dog around 8 miles of scenic lake trails.

The Parade of Homes showcases the grit and determination of the building industry by highlighting the talents and craftsmanship of the region’s finest home builders. WCFHBA is proud of the role its members play in making homeownership the American dream of so many and the role it plays in providing homes, jobs and a strong tax base to the local communities.

For two full weekends, WCFHBA showcases the best and brightest that the building industry has to offer.
